Live audits require an access code. You upload a ZIP export of Markdown, HTML or text pages. Other file types in the archive are skipped.

The public demo audit uses only synthetic documents about a fictional company. Viewing it sends nothing to any AI provider.

Extraction, normalization and the structural and deterministic checks run within the KnowledgeReady application on its hosting server.

Semantic verification, when enabled on this deployment, sends excerpts of selected candidate document pairs to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini API or DeepSeek API). The number of pairs and requests per audit is limited. The provider's own terms and data practices apply to those excerpts. When semantic verification is not enabled, no document content is sent to an AI provider.

KnowledgeReady does not use uploaded documentation to train models.

The uploaded archive and the extracted original files are deleted when the analysis finishes or fails.

The normalized text of your pages and the audit results are kept so you can view the audit, and are deleted automatically after a limited time (24 hours by default on this deployment). They may be deleted sooner, for example when the service restarts.

The hosting platform may keep standard technical request logs, such as IP addresses and requested paths. KnowledgeReady does not deliberately log document content.

An audit can be opened by someone who has both its link and a valid access code. Share audit links only with people who may see the documents.
